Medical services are available in jurisdictions where affiliated providers hold active licensure and operational readiness has been established.
Patient Location Requirement
Patients must be physically located in a state where our affiliated healthcare professionals hold active licensure at the time of the telemedicine consultation.
If a patient is located in a jurisdiction where services are not currently supported, access to clinical services will be restricted.
Regulatory Compliance Safeguards
RevitalizeMe Telehealth maintains multiple safeguards to ensure compliance with state telemedicine laws:
- Patients are required to provide their physical location during account registration and intake.
- Provider assignments are based on active licensure in the patient's state.
- Administrative review processes verify alignment between patient location and provider licensure.
- Services cannot proceed if jurisdictional eligibility requirements are not met.
- Payment processing is contingent upon confirmation of jurisdictional eligibility.
Provider Network
Medical services are delivered by licensed healthcare professionals affiliated with Architek Health Provider Network PC.
All providers maintain active licensure in the states in which they practice. Provider licensure and jurisdictional coverage documentation is maintained and available for regulatory review upon request.
