At RM MSO National, LLC, we strive to provide excellent healthcare services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through our platform.

Telehealth Consultations

Before Your Appointment

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your telehealth consultation at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment may be eligible for a 50% refund at our discretion.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment are generally not eligible for a refund.

After Your Appointment

  • Once a telehealth consultation has been completed, refunds are generally not available as the service has been rendered.
  • If you experience technical difficulties that significantly impacted your consultation through no fault of your own, please contact us to discuss options, which may include rescheduling or a partial refund.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to cancel or reschedule if you cannot make your appointment.

Laboratory Tests

Before Sample Collection

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your laboratory test order before any sample has been collected and before a requisition has been generated, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: If a requisition has been generated but no sample has been collected, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus any administrative fees).

After Sample Collection

  • Once a sample has been collected, refunds are generally not available as the laboratory processing has begun.
  • If there is an error with your test order or results due to our mistake or our laboratory partner's error, we will work with you to reorder the test at no additional cost or provide a refund.

Appointment No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled laboratory appointment and do not reschedule within 30 days, your order may be canceled without a refund.

Prescription Medications

Before Prescription is Sent to Pharmacy

  • If you cancel your order before the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, you may be eligible for a refund of the medication cost (consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation is complete).

After Prescription is Fulfilled

  • Once a prescription has been filled and shipped, refunds are generally not available due to pharmaceutical regulations and safety requirements.
  • We cannot accept returns of prescription medications due to health and safety regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Medications

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect medications, please contact us immediately. We will work with our pharmacy partner to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.

Subscription Services

  • Subscription services may be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Prorated refunds for partial billing periods are generally not available.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not used any subscription benefits, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Please include the following information:

  • Your full name and account email address
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or screenshots

Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Factors we may consider include:

  • Technical issues on our platform that prevented service
  • Medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances
  • Errors made by RM MSO National, LLC or our partners
  • First-time customers experiencing issues

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of your account pending investigation
  • Delays in resolving your concern
  • Additional fees that may be passed on if the chargeback is found to be invalid

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
