One provider, one membership, one bill across weight, hormones, sexual health and hair — with flat pricing that does not rise as your dose does.
No. Your clinician reviews your file asynchronously and messages you; a video visit is available if you want one.
RevitalizeMe Telehealth is an online platform that facilitates access to licensed healthcare professionals. The platform provides administrative and technology services that enable patients to connect with independent, licensed providers for telemedicine consultations.
Medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals affiliated with Architek Health Provider Network PC. All clinical decision-making and patient care are the sole responsibility of the treating provider.
Telehealth services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated providers hold active licensure and where operational readiness has been established. Patients must be physically located in a supported state at the time of service.
During registration and intake, patients are required to provide their physical location. Services cannot proceed if the patient is located in a jurisdiction where providers are not authorized to practice.
Patients complete an online intake form and medical questionnaire. A licensed healthcare professional reviews the information and may follow up for additional details. If clinically appropriate, the provider may issue treatment recommendations, which may include a prescription.
No. Prescriptions are issued only when a licensed healthcare professional determines that treatment is medically appropriate based on the patient's medical history and applicable clinical standards.
Protected Health Information (PHI) is collected and stored in accordance with applicable privacy and security regulations. Administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect patient data. Access to PHI is restricted to authorized personnel.
Medical records are retained in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. Records are securely maintained for the required retention period and securely disposed of when no longer required.
You must be physically located in a state where affiliated providers are licensed at the time of your consultation. Services are not available in unsupported jurisdictions.
No. Telehealth services are not intended to replace in-person medical care when clinically necessary. Patients should seek emergency care or contact local emergency services in urgent situations.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical attention. RevitalizeMe Telehealth does not provide emergency services.

Billing & Membership
Cash-pay is faster, more transparent, and lets us keep prices flat as your dose changes. Most of our medications — especially compounded GLP-1s and TRT — aren’t reliably covered by insurance anyway. We’d rather charge you a fair flat rate than pretend an insurance company will.
Cancel any time from your account. There is no minimum commitment and no retention queue; your provider will help you taper if that is clinically appropriate.
No. Everything is cash-pay, so nothing is submitted to an insurer or a pharmacy benefits manager.
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time from your account — no retention queue.
Side Effects
Stop the medication and message your provider; for severe abdominal pain or an allergic reaction, seek care immediately.
Labs
Yes — your draw happens at any of 2,000+ Quest Diagnostics centers; book it through the app.
No. Labs are cash-pay. No insurance involvement means no surprise bills and no back-and-forth with your benefits manager.
Quarterly is recommended; Optimize members are auto-scheduled every quarter.
A board-certified provider reviews every panel within 48 hours and messages you directly; if a change is needed, your protocol updates in the same dashboard.
Yes. Your results live in your dashboard in plain language and can be downloaded to share with any clinician.
No. Labs are cash-pay, so nothing is submitted to an insurer or a pharmacy benefits manager.
The quarterly Full Optimization panel is included in Optimize. Core and Essential members can order standalone panels at the member prices above.
GLP-1 / Weight Loss
Most patients stay on GLP-1 for at least 12-18 months to reach their target and stabilize. Some transition to a maintenance dose long-term. Your provider will work with you on a taper plan when you're ready.
Your provider walks you through a taper when you are ready to stop or move to maintenance; appetite usually returns gradually, which is why nutrition support stays part of your plan.
Yes. Tell us your current medication and dose in the assessment and your clinician can continue the same protocol — at our flat maintenance price.
